Thanks to Constantin’s insightful and amusing article My McDonalds, written years earlier, we were contacted by McDonald’s to contribute to their study about the “Customer of the Future”. Eventually, our involvement expanded into creation of visual conceptual proposals for their potential restaurant experiences.
In our proposals, we have advanced concept of G-Rated Environment, an interactive space with “something for everyone”, where both children and parents could spend a quality time, being engaged at different levels of customer participation.
