The challenge of this project was to avoid a traditional two-dimensional approach to presentation of tile, so prevalent in the industry.
We propose an architectonic spatial structure, entirely composed of the Nemo tile samples. Tiles of different hues–from white to black–form horizontal ribbons, while various materials ceramics, glass, stone tiles– are stacked in vertical columns. Altogether, this three-dimensional matrix serves as a testament to kaleidoscopic variety of the products offered by the company.
The monumental structure could be easily assembled, dismantled for travel, and re-configured in anticipation of future new products.
